Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order or may cauase your order to be flagged as potentially fraudulent.

typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Prime Electronic Components, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Prime Electronic Components, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Prime Electronic Components, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

 

Shipping Policy

All orders shipping to a domestic (U.S. based address) with ship the next business day after the order has been placed. All orders shipping to an international address will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays; no orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time we offer to be an estimate. If you require your order to ship the same day it is placed or have any special handling or processing requests; please contact our customer service team.

 

Return Policy

We offer anywhere from a 30 Day to 1 Year warranty on all of our products. If you are unhappy with one of our products, you can send it back as long as you follow these basic rules.

  • Please contact customer service for an RMA and instructions before shipping the item back.
  • For the first 30 days after an item ships you can return the item for either an exchange or a refund.
  • For any items with a warranty longer than 30 days you can return the item for exchange only after the first 30 days.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • They buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • All items returned for a refund must be in the original condition and include all the original accessories.  If not a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prime Electronic Components, Inc. or any of its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
